Lighting Designer

Jon is an award-winning lighting designer. He has designed extensively in the West End, on Broadway, for the National Theatre, Royal Opera House, RSC, ENO, Young Vic, Almeida, Donmar and with many other companies in the UK and internationally

Theatre includes: The Lehman Trilogy (NT, Broadway, West End); The Inheritance (Olivier Award & Tony nomination; Young Vic, Broadway & West End); The Shark Is Broken, Pinter at the Pinter Season, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Doctor Faustus, Made in Dagenham, The Commitments, The Ruling Class, The Pride, Three Days of Rain (Knight of Illumination Award and Olivier nomination; West End); Betrayal, King Charles III (Broadway & West End); Cyrano de Bergerac, The Jungle (West End & New York); ANNA, Amadeus, I’m Not Running, Absolute Hell, As You Like It, The Beaux’ Stratagem, Othello, The Effect, Collaborators, A Woman Killed with Kindness, Hamlet, Greenland, Pains of Youth, Our Class, Damned by Despair, Women of Troy, The Cat in the Hat, Beauty and the Beast and Hansel & Gretel (National Theatre); Evita (Regent’s Park); The Lorax (Old Vic, Toronto & US); La Belle Sauvage, A German Life (Bridge Theatre).

Dance includes: The Cellist (Royal Ballet) and new work with Wayne MacGregor, Cathy Marston, Will Tuckett, Karole Armitage, Bern Ballet and Scottish Dance Theatre.
